2. Photo Digital portrait type photo, against a white backdrop, from the waist up. Please send image in *.jpg format.

3. Email the photo and filled out PlastYearbookForm that can be downloaded from the right panel to plastchicagowebmaster@gmail.com

Plast Chicago's own Dr. Boris Lushniak elevated to the rank of Deputy Surgeon General of the United States of America.

In his own words he wrote:

I'm happy to announce that I've been appointed to serve as the Deputy Surgeon General of the United States. I'll be transitioning from my current position at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) over the next few weeks. After 6 1/2 years at FDA, transitions are difficult and I will especially miss my staff, FDA friends, and the unique public health mission. I am honored to be appointed to my new position and am looking forward to my new adventure as Deputy Surgeon General. Part of my duties will be to serve as the Surgeon General's chief advisor and to assist her on implementing the public health priorities for our Nation. In addition I'll be the Chief Operating Officer of the 6400 officers of the US Public Health Service and am excited to be leading this incredible and dedicated cadre of uniformed personnel.
